Natarajan (Nats) has over 24 years of experience as a Finance professional. He joined Helion in 2006 and is responsible for fund administration, financial and legal diligence, structuring and closure of investments. Nats engages closely with the portfolio Companies and provides support in several operational and strategic finance areas.

Prior to joining Helion, Nats spent 16 years in Corporate finance. His last stint was at Tavant Technologies as Global CFO and Head of support services. He led key strategic initiatives in key financial, HR and IS process.

Before Tavant, Nats worked for over 10 years with several companies at Wipro corporation in various functions including Finance, Accounts, sales and marketing, HR, Quality and operations. When he left Wipro, Nats was the CFO, Head of HR and CIO of Wipro e Peripherals. Under his leadership WeP has got Best IT Usage Award 2003 by NASSCOM.

Nats started his career in 1989 at SRF Limited. Delhi. He holds accounting degree by ICWAI and ICSI and is a certified Blackbelt by Motorola University. He is also in the advisory Board of SCIT, part of Symbiosis University, Youth For Seva, an NGO focussing on children education.
