Manjunatha Hebbar (Hebbar) has over 29 years of experience in global product engineering and R&D business. Starting as an entrepreneur with focus on new concept / new product development, he led NCP, a design lab for over 13 yrs that developed and licensed 87 original products in avionics, telecom, networking, medical electronics, consumer electronics and industrial automation domains. Later, with focus on incubating, developing and expanding global businesses, he has played key business and strategic leadership roles at Philips Software Centre, Agere Systems (Proxim – Wireless), iGATE Global Solutions, HCL Technologies and CYIENT (Infotech Enterprises). Currently he heads – buoyanci, a virtual incubator and growth accelerator for global product startups and technology companies.
